Okay–I had several of these “stored up,” so I’m trying to share them during my winter break since I have more time. I have a lovely AU story for you. It picks up in S3, after which many things went “wrong.” It is a great story, so if you haven’t checked it out, I hope you will!

This is a True Blood story that picks up with the first “real” kiss shared between Eric and Sookie in Eric’s office at Fangtasia. Evenflo78 tells S4 in her way, making Sookie a lot wiser and a lot more receptive to Eric and the truth about Bill than she is in the show. The amnesia storyline is told differently from the “norm,” and the resolution of it is quite satisfying. In the end, this story is about the irresistible force of love that tethers us to another. Evenflo78 is one of my favorite authors, and this–in my opinion–is one of her best!

You know I try to post ones that are on more than just ff.net–just for you. 😉 But this one wasn’t. The author has a livejournal posted on her profile, but it isn’t working, which is a pity. This was a wonderful story though!

You’re welcome. I love to revisit my favorites too. And I generally re-read before writing my little blurb. There’s just so much wonderful stuff about Eric and Sookie! I enjoy it all so much!

I believe that it was on hiatus for a while, though I’m not sure my memory is correct on this. I, too, started it at one point, and I think there weren’t posts for a while. Then I re-started it once it was all done. It was definitely worth the wait in my opinion!
