In my opinion, Demons aren’t, unfortunately, utilized well in True Blood–with only Jesus being introduced (& his transformed state was just–silly. Sigh.) I’ve used the demons more in both my SVM stories and my TB/SVM crossovers. I included Dae hybrids like Jesus in this category.
